**Stains may appear on the surface of the PuffCuff. These stains are NOT scratches and do not indicate that the product has been used. These marks are called "flow lines" (ripples where the plastic overlaps), which sometimes occur with ABS plastic. These ripples occur when the plastic does not flow into the injection molding machine at a consistent speed, or they may appear at the end of the flow. This does not affect the integrity of the PuffCuff in any way.
