Curly Girl Method

Yes, the products in our range are CG-Safe. However, if a product with ingredients that are not CG-KOnfom does sneak into our range, we clearly mark these in the list of ingredients. We attach great importance to offering products that are free from silicones, sulphates and other problematic substances.

So that I can give you the most suitable recommendations, it would be great if you could send me a photo of your curls and a brief description of your current routine or problems. That way I can put together a routine tailored to you.

No, we have deliberately decided against a quiz. Every hair is unique and I think that an automatic quiz doesn't do justice to the individual needs of your curls.

I prefer to take the time to advise you personally. Just send me an e-mail and I'll be happy to help you put together your skincare products. 

For the classification of the products we have used the overview (at the bottom) as a guide.

Orders & Payment

If you have selected "Purchase on account", payment processing will be handled by Riverty - an independent payment service provider.

The invoice will be sent by e-mail and should arrive no later than five days after your order has been dispatched. Sometimes this e-mail ends up in the spam folder.

If you cannot find the invoice, simply contact us and we will ask Riverty to send the invoice again.

The "purchase on account" option is handled by a company called Riverty, which is an independent payment service provider and not lockenkopf. The invoice will be sent to you by email.
Please only use this invoice to transfer money to Riverty and not to lockenkopf.

Yes, of course! You can add the desired product to your wish list and we will automatically notify you as soon as it is back in stock

Shipping & delivery

Orders from lockenkopf.com are dispatched daily at 13:00 from our warehouse in Germany.
The delivery time is 1-2 working days.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. There you will find a button "View my order".

This button takes you to the tracking page, where you can view the current status of your delivery.

If the status does not change after 2-3 days or the package does not arrive, please contact us, we will surely find your order!

If the tracking shows the status "delivered" but the parcel has not arrived, please contact DHL directly.

You can use your tracking number to submit an investigation request.

We are very sorry about that! If a product is broken during transportation, we will of course replace it.

Just send us an e-mail with a photo of the damage and we will sort it out for you as quickly as possible.

Please check the delivery address carefully. If there is an error, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct the address before shipping. If the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we will unfortunately have to charge the additional shipping costs for reshipment.

Returns

Yes, of course you can return unopened products to lockenkopf within 14 days. Please enclose a note with your name, the order number and the word "Return". This way, our warehouse team will know exactly where the parcel came from and how to process it.

lockenkopf does not assume any return costs.

At Lockenkopf , refunds are made in the form of store credit. This is credited directly to your Lockenkopf and can easily be used as a means of payment for your next order at the checkout.

Lockentaler & Discounts

If you open a customer account with lockenkopf , you will be credited with "Lockentaler" for your orders.
Whenever you have unlocked a reward, you will find it in the browser window at the bottom right, via the "REWARDS" button. You can copy the codes there and paste them into the field provided at the checkout.

Unfortunately, the system does not allow us to deduct codes retrospectively. However, if the codes do not have an *expiry date, you can use them again with your next order. The Lockentaler codes do not expire. Only the codes from the newsletters (Lockenpost) have an expiry date.

Enter your code in the field provided at the checkout.
You will find it on the right under your shopping cart listing, labeled: "Gift card or discount code".

Unfortunately, the system does not currently allow several codes to be used at the same time.

Our shopping cart gifts cannot be combined with discount codes. If you want to use a code, you should manually remove the shopping cart gifts from the shopping cart beforehand (sometimes they have to be deleted twice). You can see at the checkout in the summary whether they have been removed - only then should you enter the discount code.
