Thanks to the soothing properties of colloidal oats, Bubble Kiss is ideal for children with sensitive or irritated skin. At the same time, a moisturizing agent derived from corn sugar helps intensely hydrate the skin and scalp for 72 hours. Directions: Pour a small amount of Bubble Kiss into the palm of your hand and gently apply it to wet hair and scalp. Massage in with light circular motions to create a lather; this will produce a rich, creamy foam. Then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
