Curly Method

Yes, the products in our line are compatible with the CG method. However, if a product were to be included in our line whose ingredients do not comply with the CG method, we would clearly indicate this in the list of ingredients. We place great importance on offering products that are free of silicones, sulfates, and other problematic substances.

So that I can give you the best advice, it would be great if you could attach a photo of your curls along with a brief description of your current routine or any issues you're having. That way, I can suggest a routine tailored just for you.

No, we deliberately chose not to include a quiz. Every strand of hair is unique, and I don't think an automated quiz can address the specific needs of your curls.

Orders and Payment

If you selected "Purchase on Invoice," payment processing is handled by Riverty, an independent payment service provider.

The invoice is sent by email and should reach you no later than five days after your order is shipped. Sometimes this email ends up in your spam folder.

If you can't find the invoice, just contact us and we'll ask Riverty to resend it to you.

The "Purchase on Invoice" option is managed by a company called Riverty, which is an independent payment service provider and not lockenkopf. The invoice will be sent to you by email.
Please make the payment directly to Riverty using this invoice, and not to lockenkopf.

Products and Availability

Sure! You can add any product you like to your wish list, and we'll automatically notify you as soon as it's back in stock.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed on lockenkopf.com are shipped daily at 1:00 p.m. from our warehouse in Germany.
Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days.
For other countries, 3 to 5 days

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email. You'll find a " View my order" button there .

This button will take you to the tracking page, where you can check the current status of your delivery.

If the status hasn't changed after 2 to 3 days or if the package hasn't arrived, please contact us—we'll definitely track down your order!

If the tracking information shows that the package has been "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact DHL directly.

There, you can submit a tracking request using your tracking number.

We're really sorry about that! If a product is damaged during shipping, we'll of course replace it.

Just send us an email with a photo of the damage, and we'll take care of it for you as soon as possible.

Please carefully check the delivery address you provided. If there is an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the address before shipping. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we will unfortunately have to charge you for the additional shipping costs associated with reshipping it.

Returns

Yes, of course, you can return unopened lockenkopf to lockenkopf within 14 days. Please include a note with your name, order number, and the word “Return.” This will help our logistics team identify where the package came from and how to process it.

For this refund, lockenkopf.com will use the same payment method as the one used for the original order, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Our promotional offers on shipping costs and free gifts are subject to a minimum order amount.

If the total amount of your order is reduced after the fact due to a return, and the promotion terms are therefore no longer met:

  • Shipping costs that were initially free may be charged retroactively,
  • Free gifts must be returned; otherwise, they will be charged at their listed price if kept.

Example:

You qualify for free shipping on orders of €70 or more, or a free item on orders of €90 or more.

If the final total of your order after the return falls below this threshold, you will no longer be eligible for the corresponding promotion.

Special offers and discounts

When you create a customer account with lockenkopf, you’ll receive “Lockentaler” credits for your orders.
Every time you unlock a reward, you’ll find it in the bottom right corner of your browser window by clicking the “REWARDS” button. You can copy the codes there and paste them into the designated field during checkout.

Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to remove codes after the fact. However, if the codes do not have an expiration date, you can reuse them on your next order. Lockentaler codes do not expire. Only codes from newsletters (Lockenpost) have an expiration date.

Enter your code during checkout in the field provided.
You'll find it on the right, below the list of items in your cart, under the heading: "Gift card or discount code."

Unfortunately, the system does not currently allow you to use multiple codes at the same time.
(Cannot be combined with other offers)

The free gifts in your cart cannot be combined with discount codes. If you want to use a discount code, you must first manually remove the free gifts from your cart (you may need to remove them twice). You’ll see on the checkout summary whether they’ve been successfully removed—only then will you be able to enter the discount code.
