Specific ingredients and their effects:

• Niacinamide, biotin, proteins, and plant extracts from nettle, clover, and flaxseed—strengthen the structure of curls, promote a healthy scalp, and stimulate hair growth and vitality.  

Directions: Thoroughly wet your curly hair. Rub a generous amount of GroWash between your palms and massage it into your hair and scalp, just as you would with a regular shampoo. Gently massage your scalp with your fingertips to stimulate blood circulation. Gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb, then rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary (for example, if there is a significant buildup of product residue or for a more intensive scalp cleanse). Follow with a suitable conditioner or hair mask.
