Its creamy, lather-free formula removes only what’s necessary while preserving the natural bounce of your curly hair. Perfect for use between washes to keep curls, waves, and coils fresh, soft, and conditioned. At the same time, carefully selected botanical ingredients promote a healthy scalp and strong, vibrant curls from root to tip.
Special ingredients and their effects:
- Coconut oil and coconut extract deeply moisturize, soften the curl structure, and add flexibility.
- Castor oil strengthens the roots of curls, promotes volume, and supports scalp health.
- Mandarin has a clarifying and refreshing effect and restores shine to curls.
- Green tea and phytosterols soothe the scalp, protect it from environmental stressors, and promote its natural balance.
Together, these ingredients ensure a gentle yet effective cleanse that adds bounce to curls, makes detangling easier, and locks in moisture until the next wash.
Directions: Thoroughly wet your curls. Pour a generous amount of CoWash into the palms of your hands and distribute it evenly throughout your curly hair. Gently massage your scalp with your fingertips, just as you would with a regular shampoo. Next, carefully detangle your curls with a wide-tooth comb. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary, especially if you’ve used a lot of styling products. Then apply a moisturizing conditioner, such as Hydration Elation Conditioner or As I Am Leave-In Conditioner.
